The SEISA Annual Leadership weekend invites leaders from across our schools to challenge their understanding of leadership and the type of leader they may hope to become. Leadership is not a gift that only a few chosen people may access, it is a skill that needs refining and developing throughout your entire life. Each leadership experience and challenge will help to define you as a leader and also help you to develop your own principles of leadership. This retreat is a highlight on the calendar for aspiring leaders, building friendships in a fun and engaging experience.
