DATE: Tuesday 14 May 2024
VENUE: Gippsland Gramar School, Garnsey Campus
HOST SCHOOL: Gippsland Grammar School
EVENT TIME: 10.00 – 4:15 pm
The SEISA ‘Collaborart’ is a collaborative event aims to expose students to a wide variety of different theoretical concepts and practical skills. Each workshop is designed for students to learn a new skill, technique or concept and intends to give students the opportunity to collect new insights and reinvigorate their work.
Workshops will be a masterclass style tailored to Year 10 & 11 Studio Arts/Art students consisting of up to 12 – 15 students per workshop from each of the six SEISA Schools.
The workshops will allow students to explore a medium of interest that can then be linked directly to their theme and studio process using subject matter which they have researched and currently exploring. Workshops will also be offered on visual diary structure and content, annotating, developing ideas and the secrets to a successful folio.
